Rent a carpet shampooer and use the upholstery attachment. Use a urine eraducater product and a little bleach.. Rinse well.

Use upholstery leaner and an upholstery brush attachment for a rug steam cleaner. Bissell makes the steam and vac I use. I have also spot treated using Resolve.
