How can I make shoulder pads for hangers?

Does anyone have ideas for making "shoulder" pads for the skinny, space saving, hangers. Some garments get hanger shoulders. Thanks.

I use pieces of pool noodles on hangers for clothing I sell on Ebay. You can also use foam pipe insulation.
Any garment that will get "hanger shoulders" I do not place on the hanger in the traditional way. Use the slacks hanger and slide the body of the garment through up to the arms. Neck and arms on one side, body on the other. No ruined garment. Or roll instead and store in a dresser drawer.
Thank you both. Never would have thought of a slacks hanger. Foam pipe insulations is readily available to me. I see no more hanger shoulders in my future. Ilene
