If you have a lot of spray bottles and things that could hang rather than sit on a shelf under your sink, try this easy DIY. The guys at the large home improvement retailer thought it was a BAD idea, but when you compare it to a tension rod it wins over and over again! Easy, and fast! I however did not mount it the traditional way, I kept it easy!
