I'm not familiar with balloon pouring. The above picture is of an acrylic 'dirty pour' which is then dabbed with a blown up balloon. That's what creates the flower-like effect. You have to wipe off the balloon between each press onto the canvas. There are a few ladies that do it on YouTube if you want a tutorial. Maura's link (above) is a good one.

Hi Roo,

You can do it as a dirty pour or pour your colors separately if you choose, then you use a balloon to make the designs. The best place to find a lot of tutorials is on youtube.com . Just put Pour Painting Balloons in the search box and you should find a lot of help. Wishing you the best.
