    Hi Jason, you can add a few drops of peppermint oil on your window sills and if you have any flower beds close to the windows add Diatomaceous earth (food grade) to the soil

    If you get them in your home you can place red vinegar into a cup with some plastic wrap on top. Put a small hole in the plastic wrap and leave the cup on your counter. The gnats tend to climb into the cup and then get stuck.

    I place a little dish in rooms with gnats with a mixture of water, Dawn dish soap and sugar. You don’t have to cover because sugar attracts and Dawn keeps them stuck in the mixture. Works amazingly. Just make sure any cats in house doesn’t try to drink it.
