How do I make a simple flat Christmas Tree?

I live in a small apt. with little floor space. But I have a 26" wide by 40" tall space that I'd like to easily mount and remove after Christmas....a flat Christmas Tree. I'd like to be able to assemble it on a flat surface then mount it easily on the wall. Any ideas?
