How do I paint (glazed?) tiles?
I have a mirror that has white ceramic tiles around it. Looks like someone painted little pics on them then (put a shiny glaze over them to preserve the pics, Im assuming. I'd like to repaint them in a singular color. How can I do that?

Home Depot and Lowe's sell tile paint. Sand them first especially if there is a design on them and have a shiny finish.
On a mirror, unlike a shower or floor, you don’t need the durability of a proper ceramic tile coating system.
Based on what you wrote, have you used 100% acetone (nail polish remover) on them to see what you can remove first?
I would try that and some scraping - to see if it wants to come off.
I would next use a wet/dry sand paper (wet) 1500 grit, if the clear coat they put on their little designs is not a monolithic finish. That’s because this is at eye-level.
If you don’t want to do that, then I’d paint over them with an oil-based enamel or an epoxy paint.
Water-based paint will not bond forever in a high-humidity area, on a glossy surface-,.
