On what surface? I use white vinegar, but not safe for all surfaces. There are products sold in any pet sore that work. I have never used them though. I have a bird, so I can't use chemicals.

Nature’s Miracle enzyme cleaner.
The pet store product I’ve used for decades is Nature’s Miracle.
It is live enzymes that eat fecal matter, urine, blood, vomit and even ate spilled scalloped potatoes (cheese & milk) in my friend’s backseat car upholstery.
The enzymes have to live long enough to eat the offender. I saturate the area for 24-48 hours & keep it covered, so it doesn’t evaporate.
Nature's Miracle does work. It can also be found in stores like Walmart in the aisle of cleaning products. I have also used peroxide and (not at the same time) white vinegar.
