Forget what company but someone has a spray for that. You attach to your hose and spray.
If the fleas are from neighbors' uninvited pets, plant a large grouping of pennyroyal in your yard, which naturally repels fleas.
You may also try spraying your yard with a mixture of cheap whiskey, Dawn dish liquid, a few drops of lemon essential oil, and some chewing tobacco which has been soaked in a gallon of warm water for several days. Apply using a hose end sprayer attached to a garden bottle used for this purpose.
