I doubt you can get them to run around in a wheel. Instead give them plenty of room to run and things to chase. Granny had 3 that loved to chase each other. Sounded like a herd of horses in the house.

Maybe kittens would use it if you hung a toy to chase. I really doubt a cat would. I wouldn't want to make it and have my cats laugh at me.
