Skunks can be attracted to moles and voles, which seek out grubs and seeds, respectively. If your lawn has grubs, you'll need to apply Grub X at the appropriate time for your area. If you have voles, look to see if your grass has set seed, are they in search of bird seed, etc., and remove the source. You'll find small tunnels in your yard, if moles/voles are present. Try spraying the lawn with clove oil and eucalyptus oil, mixed with peppermint oil, if desired. Add a few drops of Dawn liquid for sticking power, and to break ground surface tension. Apply with a 20 gallon hose end sprayer, or in small areas, with a glass spray bottle.
