How do I paint laminate kitchen cabinets?

My cabinets are Made of particle board some are rough on the top edges want is the easiest way to paint them ,I have read many articles but so many different answers

Take photos of the existing doors or take one of the door fronts to the home improvement store and ask for their advice on materials and application methods.
Hi Toni! I would definately recommend Annie Chalk Paint! It adheres SO wonderful to laminate surfaces! I think it will give your cabinets a great finish! :) Chalk paint would also be the easiest!
