How can I remove blacktop sealant from my sidewalk?

The company that sealed my driveway got it on my sidewalk any ideas how to remove blacktop sealant on cement walk way

    I would call the company that made the mess and ask them to fix it. I am sure you paid to have work done and they are expected to leave the area in good condition. You shouldn't have to clean up after them also.

    Hi Cheryl: If it hasn't been very long, you can, call then and have them come and clean it up. If they won't do it, ask them for the amount of money it will cost you do have someone do it. Get some estimates. Then, if they still balk, you can take them to small claims court. If it has been over a couple of months, check these sites:

    Some people suggested using gasoline or kerosene, but you have to be very careful with these products. You might try using a power sprayer, being very careful not to spray your driveway. If you can make some type of cut or slice between the drive and walk, that should help with any peeling. Good luck
