I have golden oak cabinets, new travertine French pattern floor with dark colors... Brown, peachy etc. White quartz counters going to be installed. What color walls would look best?

Think about what you want to be the highlights or focal point of the room and work off that. To avoid too much brown, I would go with a soft white - perhaps even a “peachy” white. Paint is fairly easy to change later if you decide you want more or less contrast.

I would keep it in the same color family (warm browns, peaches, etc) since the walls take a large percentage of the room - and add a "pop" of a contrasting color (a bright color like red or Auburn) for accessories. To add some visual interest.
