How do I get rid of mice in my house
Tom Kat rat poison
Get a cat
Hi Charlotte: With any poison, the animal suffers a lot unfortunately, and when it dies, any animal that comes along and eats it will die, too.
You can use 100% peppermint oil and either dab it on cotton balls and place them around your home, or use a spray bottle and combine two teaspoons of oil for every one cup of water and spray it around where you see the mice.
Here are a couple of sites that may help:
This one is for rats, but it should work for mice, too.
”Just One Bite” is the best. You rarely see dead mice because ... well I don’t know why, but it’s a miracle worker. I live in a big old farmhouse and I rarely have mice. I also have those plug-in things that make a sound they don’t like. I replenish the poison every year, and I put it EVERYWHERE. Behind every appliance, crawl spaces, dressers. Don’t leave anything around for them to eat. Go around the outside of your house and close up (foam) any crack over the size of a pencil. Make up your mind that you won’t tolerate them, and if you see any indication of even one - clean things out and figure out where they are coming in from. Don’t waste your money on grocery store brands; Amazon and feed and seeds sell Just One Bite. Good luck!
Ramix Bars, excellent product. We got a four pack for $15.50 and we still have a bunch.
