You can purchase small bags of concrete patch that is "just add water". Clean the area then mix and fill then smooth. There is also a product, Sika, you might want to check out.
Alice....Clean the holes out, spray with water, add concrete and spray again scraping to level with trowel or putty knife. Good luck
