Can I clean a glass-less oven door?
I don’t have an glass oven door it’s just that dark blue metal. Well that work as well?

If it’s the factory door, yes. The glass is so you can look at baked goods without temperature-shocking them and then they “fall”.
So you mean in terms of baking times? If so, then it would be the same whether you had a glass door or not.
