I bought primer for the walls in my RV. It peeled off. What should I do to make it stick?

Can you remove the wallpaper first or is it part of the wall panels? If you can it's best to remove.

It's part of the wall panels.

Did you clean first with TsP? That would be my recommendation. You will need all residues removed for the paint to adhere.

Thank you I will try this.

I know what you mean. As already suggested, make sure it's clean. Scuff gently with sandpaper then use Kilz. My preference is to cover the walls with a nice thin fiberboard and then paint, but the Kilz should be fine once it's cleaned and scuffed. I've painted many wallboards this way. They are vinyl coated, so you just can't have anything slick on it before you primer.
