How can I make over a small broken up asphalt driveway?

    You can get a cold patch if you want to DIY. Then pack it down by driving over it.

    If it’s broken up badly, it’s too late to top coat it with asphalt slurry.

    If you want to put Concrete pavers over the whole thing, you’ll have to remove ALL of the loose asphalt, and prepare a bed for the concrete pavers and then go over the installed pavers with a special sand that turns into concrete, and binds the pavers together. It is called polymer modified paver locking sand.

    This is huge undertaking if you’re in an area where you’re heading into winter.
