An enzymatic cleaner, you can get them at a pet store.
If it's in your carpets, pour scoopable kitty litter on it and let sit to absorb odors then vacuum. Then pour Carpet Fresh for Pets on it the same way (from Dollar Tree). Wait then vacuum.
