Just use Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. No baking soda. Spray it on, let it sit and liquefy. Rinse well. Works on enamel, porcelain, and fiber glass.

I used Cerama Bryte rather than oven cleaner. Otherwise, I use a baking soda and vinegar.
