There are many types of products you can use. You can also use the good, old fashioned nail or screw into a stud or anchor. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=picture+hangers&crid=2CD3ICW62K9I3&sprefix=Picture+%2Caps%2C338&ref=nb_sb_ss_i_3_5

The best thing I have ever used are monkey hooks. They are thin curved pieces that go through the drywall and turn to hook and hold from the back. Different ones for different weights. Just search monkey hooks. There is only a small hole, they don't pull out of the wall. I love them.

I love the tip to cut a piece of masking tape the same width as the hangers spacing to help you know where to put the nails in the wall.

Easiest thing I’ve ever tried is by Velcro. The one in the below pic is a heavy duty version but most pictures don’t need all that. You need to pre-determine the height, and you need a level. You can determine the height by putting some pieces of masking tape on the wall to sort of show the perimeter. Then step back and eyeball the area. Does it look right with other art, doorways, windows heights? Then leave a piece of tape as your guide for height. Stick the Velcro things together lightly. Peel off one backing to allow you to stick it to your picture frame. (Btw if the frame is dark use the dark colored Velcro. If light use the light version.) Do that on two sides of the picture frame. Then peel off the other backings and grab the picture and your level. Hold picture up to your tape marker, dont allow 2way tape to touch wall until you confirm level. As soon as you see it’s level, just press lightly against the wall and hold. Hold in place for about a minute then step back. Confirm placement is ok and that you’re level. Allow the tape to get a firm grab before attempting to adjust anything. Here is the reason you only lightly stuck the Velcro pieces together: if you need to adjust the position of the picture, after the 2way tape is “set” you can pull the Velcro apart and adjust position then push against the Velcro again to reattach. Easy Peasy. Took longer to write this than get a perfectly level picture on my wall.
