if you have built up burned on grease try the cleaner several times to get off as much as you can. In extreme cases you might need to use a single edge razor blade to gently scrape off the burned on grease. You have to be very careful to not scratch the surface. Keep the blade flat and don’t let the corner scratch the surface.
Barkeepers friend, make a thin paste and rub rub rub get all the build up off then keep Weismann cleaned for ceramic stove tops and clean every time you cook It takes a lot of attention to keep these black tops clean and shining

I use paper towel and windex or Simple Green and a cleaning rag. For small clean ups I use Simple Green wipes, they are great at cutting grease.
