With a 4” angle grinder that has a diamond blade in it, you can do your own sink cut-out for a Self Rimming Sink.
This would be an excellent center island in a kitchen or a bar in a family room.
Granite needs at least 5/8” plywood under it to evenly distributed the weight and avoid stressing it (break lags).
I had mine cut to fit the table in my breakfast area, it is perfect for that!
We had a piece from my sink made into a cutting board.
