How can I make a homemade cleaning solution for cleaning silicone?

I have a bath fitter insert that i love but has a tendency to accumulate a lot of soap scum around the water line, this is the second one don't like the cleaning products that they suggest and you CANNOT USE ANY AEROSOL ON IT. Anybody out there use any home made products on silicone? 10-27-19/10 AM CST thanks
