How can I repair a car cover?
I have an expensive car cover that got snagged resulting in a 8 inch tear. I used duct tape but it only worked for a while. Is there a better fix? Thanks for your time, Rich

You can try a tent patch kit or take to a local dry cleaner that offers alteration services, they can patch and stitch it up for you.
Can you sew up the tear?

There are patching supplies to consider.
I found a thick heavy duty canvas cloth with a peel off backing thats quite durable at a thrift store.
