Take regular birthday party hats and get some glittery or iridescent sheet material , but it into strips and not glue it to the top of the hats ! Use link and purple plastic tablecloths and plates . If you are making your own came , make it into a castle came by covering ice cream cone with frosting and turning them upside down on the cake , use mini marshmallows spaced around the top as turrents. Use squares or rectangles of chocolate as Windows and door.
