You may have removed the finish. You most likely will have to add a new varnish on top.
Not familiar with that brand but if its TSP, that would take the finish off.... its meant to be a pre-painting cleaner to dull any finish so the paint adheres.
If you accidently removed the finish, you could use a wipeable poly on them ... https://www.amazon.com/Minwax-40910000-Wipe-Finish-Clear/dp/B000VZJGPO/ref=asc_df_B000VZJGPO/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=193152739170&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=8356894672111261750&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9033057&hvtargid=aud-801381245258:pla-313597334590&psc=1
don't use Kurtz. it's not a really good product. if they are in wood color. Use olive oil with vinegar and restore them.. shiny again..
That's unfortunate but it seems that cleaner took the sheen off the paint. That's what TSP will do as well, industrial cleaners can be too harsh for general use. If you want to avoid the process of applying a top coat you could test a small area and try rubbing on some Hemp Oil. I've used it to seal milk paint and it takes only a little bit to cover a very large area. Then you wipe off the excess with a dry cloth. Once it's dry it cures to a hard coat and will give your paint a sheen that's missing. You can get it at most grocery stores but here's a link to it on Amazon. https://amzn.to/2PtJVnK The 8 oz bottle for $4.78 will be way more than enough to do your cabinets.
