Spray adhesive and glitter in a shaker container! Spread out a tarp, old sheet or beach towel. Then top with parchment papr, butcher paper or wax pape to collect the excess glitter for reuse. I have done a similar project and glitter goes everywhere. If you can, do this outside on a non windy day.
