How can I get rid of fleas?

Get rid of fleas? Somehow, indoor only cat has fleas. Remedies? For cat and/or the house?

You need to exterminate the fleas by setting off flea bombs , have cat dipped.  Start on the flea pills from vet.  Will need to bomb at least 2x but 3x is best every 2 weeks to get the eggs.  You and kitty stay out of house for at least 6 hours when you bomb.  Cover up it take up all food and things you would eat out of.

Flea med -- get the more expensive type from a pet store. Put it on the kitty. Vacuum everywhere. Put some diatomacious earth on the rugs or fabric couches, etc. Leave it for a day and vacuum thoroughly.

3 stage approach. Treat the yard, treat the house, and then treat the pet. If not, its an uphill battle.
