I love the beachy mason jars that have the "fish net" around them. I created a bird feeder using this but you could easily paint the jar a beachy blue and put a candle, or sand and shells or flowers in it instead of using it as a bird feeder. It is easy to do too. Attaching shells and beachy items with hot glue will dress them up.
