Gayle....I have a shoe rack with two shelves but mine is at the back door. I would probably get a bench seat with a shelf under it or opens up to a hidden shelf for my front door. Good luck

Depending on your space, a small bench with baskets underneath? Lowe's also makes a shoe organizer that is wood. Paint it to your liking!
