You can try weather-stripping the door. For the closet, you may want to check the amount of insulation the trailer has underneath it.
Hello Becky,
Put draft strip around the back door and carpet on the floor of the closet. That should help!
Don't forget to check the corners of the closet too just in case the corners are open. Weather stripping will fix the door problem. If you cannot resolve the issue with some of the suggestions already stated them maybe a piece of foam board on the floor and around the outside wall of the closet will help.
In the closest you can also caulk all of the seams.
