Contact paper. There are special typos vinyl films designed for surfaces that get regular use. One is made by EZFauxdecor.com and another is made by d-c-fix. When properly applied and cared for they will last several years

Hi ! Yes , I painted mine using Benjamin Moore s advance paint ! You can see my step by step process on a tutorial on this site called New kitchen on a budget . Lowe's or home depot carry countertop refinishing kits . Good luck !!!

If you want to change out your countertops completely consider lengths of butcher block countertop. Often on sale at places like Menards.
