Need A Gift Check Out This Wood Box

One of my real estate clients invited me to their housewarming party, and I needed to bring a really nice gift. I figured a wine box holder would be a great idea, being that buying a home can be so so stressful! Nothing some wine can't help, so this gift was a good fit.

Cuts you'll need:

  • 2 @ 16”
  • 2@ 9”
  • 2@ 7.5”
  • and a 1x4”x8’ board

Once they were cut, I sanded down all of the pieces.

Then using a rag, I stained all of the boards with a dark walnut stain.

Then I let them all dry before I got to assembling.

This is how it should look after being put together...

I used a nail gun (super easy!) to put all of the pieces together.

That's it, all put together.

If you'd like you can add a sweet bow on top, but it's ready to go! I put the wine inside, and it was ready to be gifted. This is also a great project to have up your sleeve for the holidays. Check out more of what I do at Gilbert Marketplace.

I Love this, when my daughter got married there was quite a few unopened bottles of wine left over. I saved the wine so I can send to her on their wedding anniversaries. This wood holder will make a perfect decorative way to gift the wine to my daughter and son-in-law. I have white and red wine that I saved and this will be perfect to put one of each in...

    ❤👏👏👏👍👍
