I would just suggest getting a new one. It would make it really difficult to keep it sanitary once it's fixed. Plus I would be afraid of it breaking again in the future.

Just buy a new one, inexpensive ones for around $10. You will spend more on the repair than a new seat!
This one has fish and shells embedded in it. Was around $60 when I bought it.
