Any type of panel product. Is it not attractive as it is?

You can add 1 x2 wood stringers screwed into mortar with concrete anchors then attach drywall into the stringers. Evenly divide stringers to go no more than 16 inches apart. So example on a 5 foot brick wall you have one on each corner and 3 in center evenly spaced.

Hi, You could Panel the walls with timber on Battens or fix drywall sheets, or get in a plasterer and have him smoothout the brick to allow you to paint or wallpaper it etc. Hope that helps a bit!

Beverly: maybe instead of covering it, you might want to embrace the texture and paint it a light, neutral color!
