Cover cement censer blocks in a basement bedroom?

Hi Mona,
Make a Football Goal shape with Card or anything else to hand, turn it upside down and use it to cover around the outside of the censer, but still allowing them to do their job. Hope that helps.
what's a censer? Is it like a smoke detector or a carbon monoxide detector?
Do you mean cinder blocks? (that is Google's guess).
