Look online for top loading pvc bait trap.We did ours with 4 inch pvc. We used 4 inch to 3 inch reducer on ends of the pipe that lies on the ground for rodents to enter...this kept our outside cats out of the bait. Be aware...if a rat eats the bait, wanders off to die and another critter eats it...chances are it will die too.
