Or take the table top off it’s legs and mount it to the cabinet?
I was going to take the legs off the table and mount the cabinet underneath and then of course painted all the same color or do ceramic tile on top.

I would not remove the table legs. I don't think that small cabinet will give you adequate support for that size table.
