How can I create a small Christmas tree for use on board a yacht?

Pippa....Google "How to Make a Hanger Christmas tree". You need to watch video to put the 6 wire hangers together. That is the hardest part to me. Get some christmas lights, clear or colored, about 100. Wrap these around the tree placing with light outward. Purchase a thick garland, your choice of color, probably 2 or 3, and begin wrapping around the tree from the top to the bottom. You can decorate with miniature decorations but we just add a star at top. Plus the tree in, you may need an extension cord, it just shimmers with the lights and is so pretty. Will be beautiful on you yacht...especially at night! Good luck...you got this!
