Although it is 'possible' to do this, the problem will be when you get to the doorway of where the bathroom joins with a hallway/another room.

It may be very difficult to purchase a ready-made transition piece the correct size to fit over the increased height of the flooring. It is important that a transition piece fits accurately so that it is not a trip hazard. Custom made transition pieces can be very expensive.

The other problem that you may be faced with is that any door- entrance, cabinet, closet, etc. that opens over the flooring may no longer swing smoothly over the new height of the flooring.
