How do I repaint a glass bottle?

I let left my hummingbird feeder out to long, noticed mold growing inside. I soaked it in bleach, not knowing the light red on the glass would come off. What do I buy to repaint this so I can still see the level of the sugar water.

Don't use bleach, use vinegar instead. Vinegar kills mold spores, bleach does not. Any craft and hobby store will have paint for glass.
I'm not understanding why you can't see through the clear glass to see the water level. And if you paint it I don't think you will be able to see the water level.
Krylon has a "stained glass" spray paint in red that's supposed to be transparent. I've not tried it myself, but I've read reviews that said it works well.
