There are LOTS of excellent videos on youtube that cover this. We did this last summer. Picke up some very helpful tips. You can make your own solution with 1/4 teaspoon of johnson's baby shampoo and DISTILLED water. It needs to be distilled so you don't have your standard chemicals in it like from the faucet.
You can't apply to much of the solution when putting this up. Depending on the size of the window and your own confidence this could take 2 people and exact measurements and cuts are VERY important.
