You can get foam at fabric shops to enforce the cushions. You can also get this at place's like Joann's fabrics. Sometimes the foam inside the cushion breaks and needs to be replaced. I used some 2 inch foam that had been used as a mattress pad. Cut it to size and stuffed it in my sofa cushions. Looks awesome now.
