Use a urine eradicate product to kill the oder and stain. Rent a carpet shampooer and use the upholstery attachments. Use cool water not hot. Rinse thoroughly. If white a little bleach added won't hurt.

It is live enzymes that eat urine, blood, fecal matter & vomit. Saturate the mattress with it, so they can live long enough to eat. They won’t be able to live when there is bleach or vinegar residue.

Try peroxide, pour a bottle in a spray bottle and spray the stains, then let dry. If the stains are heavy it may take more than one spraying.
