You could sew several together for a table runner.
I have seen pillows made out of them. They combined similar patterns/colours and made gorgeous pillows.

Lots of good ideas. I learned the hard way, however. Sewing this type of fabric together requires a walking foot on your sewing machine!
Sew them into purses, pillows, sunglasses cases etc
