Lysol Lime & Rust Remover Toilet Bowl cleaner, comes in a black squirt bottle. Scrub with Scrub Daddy or Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. If stubborn, use a scouring stick to scrub.
Hi Pam: If you're talking about the inside upper rim, use something like scrubbing bubbles that will cling to the surface. Let it sit for about 5 minutes and try scrubbing it off with a toilet brush. This will work on any part of the toilet. Good luck
I swear by the old fashioned method---- cleanser and elbow grease! For hard to reach areas, I put cleanser (Comet) on the toilet bowl brush and scrub with that, rinsing with either water or Windex.

Get a pumice stone from Walmart. Wet it first then scrub under the rim. Works great!!
