WD40 has a newer degreaser product safe for the kitchen and is safe for use around cooking areas. WD-40 works incredible well for grease , residue and general cleaning. The best part was the amazing cleaning it did on my oven! I sprayed it on and wiped it off . That’s it no,scrubbing, didn’t preheat the oven and didn’t need to go back a over it a second time either.
