Try a bit of acetone fingernail polish remover on a cotton ball. Wipe clean with a damp cottonball moistened with water. Hopefully you only have a tiny bit on your countertop!
I used a razor blade to remove the dried glue. Hold the blade so the angle of the blade to counter is very low and scrape slowly and carefully. I used it on laminate and quartz counters.
Use both the above methods, but the razor blade first. Acetone can melt plastic, so be careful on the laminate.
I believe there is a super glue remover out there. You can check to be sure it's safe to use on laminate before you buy it.
I agree with using a razor blade carefully at an angle.
